HOW TO GIVE SUCCESSFUL JOB INTERVIEW

(Interview is a process where you sale your services, so as much you perform better in interview till much you sale yourself)

Thing to do Before the Interview:

·        Research About the Organization/Company 

Must study about the organization/company before the interview where you are going for Interview. Learn what you can about the workplace prior to the interview. Ask your friends, professionals, Alumnae employees of that Organization, internet research and Google. 
·        What To Wear
       Always be neat and clean appropriate dressing varies from industry to industry.
       What is appropriate to wear to a “Software Engineer” interview may not necessarily be same to wear to a “Nurse” interview.
       It is as very important to be as neat and clean as much possible.
       In few traditional industries like banks, customer care center, you may need to dress even more conservatively.
       At the very least you should always wear clean, ironed slacks and a nice shirt. 
       Do quick check of your appearance before entering in interviewer’s room.
       Arrive 30 minutes early before interview.
       Take long and deep breaths.
       Think positively that you have nothing to lose and everything to gain from the experience.
       Get a glass of water if you feel throat is dry.


Things to do During Interview:



       Body Language
       Greet the interviewers in start.
       Use Soft pitch of voice during interview with appropriate sound level.
       Make eye contact when answering questions. 
       Feel easy; think that interview as a conversation, not an interrogation.
       Be passionate, confident, polite, and honest.
       Listen to the questions carefully and attentively and give clear, concise, and thoughtful answers.
       Convey interest in the organization and knowledge of the position.
       At the end of interview, hand shakes the interviewers with a smile.
